Funding Holds

If you're experiencing a funding hold, or you're having difficulty reconciling your funding, please contact Dharma at (866) 615-5157 or sales@dharmams.com. Funding holds can be caused for many different reasons, such as processing outside of your account parameters, processing a larger than normal transaction, your Website not being Compliant, or legitimate fraud. By reaching out to Dharma, we can facilitate a conversation with your processing bank to ensure the speediest resolution possible. Funding issues are only resolvable during regular business hours, and we recommend letting Dharma resolve funding issues on your behalf.


Terminal Problems for Moneris and Pivotal Clients

For after-hours assistance with your terminal, please contact TSYS directly at (800) 552-8227. When you call, please have your V-number handy (this is usually printed on the side of your terminal) or have your business information ready so that you can answer security questions about your account.
