Let's update your checking account.
It's easy to update the checking account you have on file with us. All we'll need is a Voided Check from the bank account you'd like to use.
Please make sure that the check is pre-printed with your organization's name on it. This means that we can't accept starter checks. If you don't have checks for your account, please select "I need further instruction" from the menu below.

If you don't have checks for the account that you'd like to use, that's OK. Instead, we can accept a letter from your bank. The letter must contain the following five elements:
1. Be printed on bank letterhead
2. Be signed by a bank representative.
3. State the name of your organization's bank account.
4. State the bank's ABA Routing number
5. State your organization's checking account number.

Adding American Express
Because American Express is an independent entity, they like to open accounts on their own. Don't worry, though - the process is easy! Just give them a call at 800-528-5200 to set up a new account. Once you do, they'll assign you a merchant number. Simply enter that below and we'll have American Express enabled on your account within 48 business hours.
