Ready to work with us? Wonderful! Here is how to get started: 1. Review Our Pricing If you haven't already done so, please review our pricing. We want to make sure you're fully informed of all of the rates and fees involved, so that you know what to expect and you're happy with the account we set up for you. If you're already processing and want to know how we compare to your current merchant account provider, request a comparison. 2. Call us at 866-615-5157, between 8am and 6pm Pacific Time We'll walk you through our merchant account application together over the phone. As we ask you the application questions, we fill it out for you. That way we get to know you better and make sure we set up your account properly. We then email you the application with page-by-page instructions on how to complete it, and what documentation we need with the application. 3. Return the application You print, sign and return the application, either by fax, email or snail mail. We submit it for underwriting, which usually takes 2-3 business days. That's it! Once you're approved, we either reprogram your terminal or create your Authorize.Net gateway account. Either way, we walk you through configuring and testing the new setup, and make sure you're ready for processing. |
